Sandra Katz
President of Quality Property Management Services, has been managing residential properties in the Greater Worcester community since 1983. She currently supervises approximately 300 rental units for landlord-owners who need a local, experienced, hands-on property manager. Sandra is also the President of Worcester Property Owner’s Association, an organization dedicated to helping landlords.

Gricel Candelaria
Gricel has an extensive real estate background, her experience ranges from a legal background, she also worked as a title examiner for over 3 years and as a mortgage loan officer. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2006.
She relocated to Florida and began working for property Management Company as a rental agent and quickly became an acting property manager for an apartment community with over 300 apartments. Her previous real estate experience as well as her dedication to provide great service is a great asset to QPM services.
Elaine Baskin
Condominium Manager, has been with QPM Services for the past 5 years and is experienced in handling mid sized condonminium properties from 10 - 30 units.
Jose C. Martinez
New to our company, Jose comes with an extensive background in sales and customer service.
Jose has demonstrated excellent people skills and work ethics; two contributing factors that are necessary to become a successful agent. We are glad to have him on our team and look forward to his ideas and assistance in helping QPM Services build a strong foundation with our tenants as well as the property owners we work with.
